- Dissolve 500g of Zgougou paste in 1.5 liters of water and stir well.
- Blend in the flour with the remaining water to achieve a smooth mixture.
- Pour into a saucepan and add the fine sugar.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for about 30 minutes.
- Optionally add condensed milk, rose water, or geranium water.
- Once the cream is thick and smooth, remove from heat.
- Serve in bowls, topped with dried fruits, pistachios, hazelnuts, and sugar pearls.
